My son Vivek encouraged me in the writing of two books: “Walk with Jesus: Living the Teachings of Jesus Christ,” which stands on this website today, and “Son of God, Jesus Christ: the Story Immortal,” which remains available to read as a Kindle book, but no longer has a page of its own here. This page stands in its place, so that Vivek’s part in both books is not lost to this website.
He did more than encourage “Son of God, Jesus Christ.” He designed its layout, and we worked on the book together for close to a year, searching in the end for a source for its many images, before he was suddenly called into glory, and I was left to finish alone what we had begun together. His photograph stood on that book’s own dedication page from the day it was published, alongside these words, which I set down at the time and repeat here: “Vivek inspired me to undertake this venture. We had worked on this for close to a year. We were in the process of identifying a source for the images when he suddenly passed into glory.”
May his soul be at rest in the arms of Jesus Christ, our living God.
