That conflicts with God's omnipresence. The four walls we build, call a church, and worship within in our own varying manners, have divided our community into innumerable factions. This has been the bane of Christianity as we practise it. That God poured out His Spirit upon us, and that He dwells within us, becomes secondary, as we insist instead on placing Him at the altar of the churches we build — much as King David once wished to do.
